Did you know you can’t laugh and be in fear at the same time?

Pam Grout says:(laughter) decreases stress hormones, increases infection-fighting antibodies, and releases a whole medical cabinet of feel-good chemicals. It sends oxygen to your tissues, increases your pulse and heart rate, and burns calories!”
