DAY 26 REFUSE TO TALK SMACK

Day 26

Well, I don’t have to tell you that fear and negativity are everywhere, especially at the moment! Don’t be a carrier! For the next 24 hours you will be the bringer of ALL IS WELL to the table.

Pam Grout says, “Gratitude is the formula for treating fear. You’ll quickly find that fear and gratitude cannot exist at the same time as appreciation and contentment. If you repeat THANK YOU over and over again, fear and misfortune will be eradicated.”

DAY 25 SPREAD CONTAGIOUS LAUGHTER

BRILLIANT!

Did you know you can’t laugh and be in fear at the same time?

Pam Grout says:(laughter) decreases stress hormones, increases infection-fighting antibodies, and releases a whole medical cabinet of feel-good chemicals. It sends oxygen to your tissues, increases your pulse and heart rate, and burns calories!”

Find someone who seems a bit lost, out of the group, and see them with love. Be kind, offer friendship, share a story, see where someone might just need a friendly face or a smile. A break.

Treat your belongings as if they were alive, and be thankful!

i.e..: shoes–thank you for helping me walk to work this morning with warm feet on the frosty ground

clothes–thank you for making me feel sleek and feminine today

Amp up your frequency by being grateful to the THINGS that support you and work hard for you in your life.

Funny enough, I had the experience of finally getting the clutch changed in my car, and a few other bits that had been hanging around waiting to get sorted. When I collected my car and drove away from the mechanic, it was like the car literally purred in joy and contentedness–it felt like a new car, it felt happy! (i know totally weird right??) Truth! I was super thankful, acknowledged how hard my car does work for me, and I felt happy to0. : )

Today, follow your kids!

Make believe! Kids are pros at pretend!

Ask: What’s the hurry? Kids are good at seeing everything! Make the time!
