DAY 24 LASER LOVE TO EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING YOU SEE

DAY 24

Treat everyone as if it is their special day! Laser beam love out to everyone, smile, send good vibes, good energy, good thoughts, blessings, light and all the rest.

Pam Grout says,”Splash around in possibility!”

Day 20 MARO UP

Day 20  MARO UP

Pam Grout says, “Maro is short for ‘magokoro’ which means ‘true heart’. It’s rather hard to pin down, but it’s a spiritual state of unconditional love for yourself and others. According to Wahei, it radiates an energy that draws good fortune into your life.”

So the game is simple, today, say thank you for everything, as many times a day. With presence, and meaning.

Day 19 Where’s Waldo?

DAY 19

Go on a scavenger hunt to find five things that you have never noticed before.

Pam Grout says,”Everything you are trying to manifest is already yours.”

Awareness and gratitude are just keys to the castle.

Day 17 Wear Your Freak Flag

DAY 17

In this party game, do something that would normally scare the life out of you and have you running for the hills!  Pam Grout says, “Break one of the unwritten laws of acceptable human behaviour.”

STEP OUTSIDE THE BOX!

Day 16 Do the Happy Dance

DAY 16     Break into Spontaneous DANCE! (you know you wanna)

Anywhere anytime!

Pam Grout says there are five reasons:

“1. Dancing cuts thoughts off at the knees.

2. It puts you on the same wavelength as the FP.

3. It makes other people happy!

4. It heals your body and eliminates other ailments.

5. It jars you into a new reality.

Worldview 2.0 is all about ditching the ruts and mental architectures that squeezes us into a tiny uncomfortable box.”

Day 12 Push Pause and Reframe

Almost half way mark! How’s it going so far? Any tastes of awesomenaciousness??

DAY 12

Pam Grout suggests:

“Next time you get a piece of news that doesn’t delight you, push the pause button. Let it sit for three days. Or three hours. Know that when the three days (or three hours) you have earned a free unabridged permission slip to throw the worlds biggest pity party. At that point, you can cry, beat your chest, write a script for an Oscar-winning horror story.

In the meantime, come up with five endings that could potentially make your life better.”

So, push pause, then reframe.

The Radical Notion of Rest (reblog from Elephant Journal)

I read this today (Rest)  and LOVED IT. So often we make ourselves so busy for the sake of busy, but rest is vital to just about all that we are. When we are rested, we are rejuvenated, alive, vital, competent, able, creative, loving and open. Connected.

The concept of rest is a radical notion, and as with anything that leads to a sense of wholeness within ourselves, it is an experience worth savouring : ) Rest is not sleeping, it is unplugging in whatever way takes you.Colouring Holly

Go on. You know you want to : )
