Day 20 MARO UP

Day 20  MARO UP

Pam Grout says, “Maro is short for ‘magokoro’ which means ‘true heart’. It’s rather hard to pin down, but it’s a spiritual state of unconditional love for yourself and others. According to Wahei, it radiates an energy that draws good fortune into your life.”

So the game is simple, today, say thank you for everything, as many times a day. With presence, and meaning.

Day 19 Where’s Waldo?

DAY 19

Go on a scavenger hunt to find five things that you have never noticed before.

Pam Grout says,”Everything you are trying to manifest is already yours.”

Awareness and gratitude are just keys to the castle.

Day 18 Impersonate Wonder Woman

Ironic, that today, on the day of all of the WOMEN’S MARCHES for Peace and Equality today, the day of Donald Trumps inauguration as President of the United States, this is the game.

DAY 18 Strike A Pose

Whenever you feel challenged or out of sorts today, strike a pose. A wonder woman pose. It will lower your cortisol and boost your testosterone. Two minutes. Fists on waist, legs spread just over hip width apart. Fierce. Empowered. Deadly solid.

(if not a little 1976….)

Day 17 Wear Your Freak Flag

DAY 17

In this party game, do something that would normally scare the life out of you and have you running for the hills!  Pam Grout says, “Break one of the unwritten laws of acceptable human behaviour.”

STEP OUTSIDE THE BOX!

Frenemies

I am reposting this blog as it is so well written with great practical advice! Having watched my daughters navigate through some pretty bitchy sharky waters over the last couple of years, I wish I had seen this! Even to show them that yes, it is a thing, and no it is not mum just saying!

Day 16 Do the Happy Dance

DAY 16     Break into Spontaneous DANCE! (you know you wanna)

Anywhere anytime!

Pam Grout says there are five reasons:

“1. Dancing cuts thoughts off at the knees.

2. It puts you on the same wavelength as the FP.

3. It makes other people happy!

4. It heals your body and eliminates other ailments.

5. It jars you into a new reality.

Worldview 2.0 is all about ditching the ruts and mental architectures that squeezes us into a tiny uncomfortable box.”

Day 15 The Opposite Game

DAY 15

Wow half way there! How is your AA 2.0 upgrade going?

“Being grateful makes things happen. It’s the seed, the gateway drug.” Pam Grout

In this game, state everything backwards.  i.e.: this ice cube is so hot….. or if you have a scary meeting, I’m so excited about this meeting!

Be radical about your worldview.

DAY 14 NEW STORIES

DAY 14

WRITE A NEW STORY THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY

“Take a story that makes you unhappy and create a parallel universe that jibes with the themes of gratitude and joy.” Pam Grout

Think: I choose this….. I want this....and expand your universe! (think Sliding Doors!)

Day 13 OKAY OKAY

DAY 13

Pam Grout says,”We think we have very little control over our thoughts or the vibratory frequency they emit. This game is intended to call bullshit on this exceedingly popular belief.”

13895439_710235325795552_150363120273431657_nIt is time to get clear on how your thoughts make you feel, and what kind of energy you are giving out by staying stuck in a story.

Whatever is happening in your life recognise that your thoughts emit an electrical charge, so choose the love buzz rather than the buzz kill.

“So whatever is happening in your life, simply say, ‘It’s okay.’ and let the loving flow of the universe do the heavy lifting.” Pam Grout

And breathe, remember to breathe.

Day 12 Push Pause and Reframe

Almost half way mark! How’s it going so far? Any tastes of awesomenaciousness??

DAY 12

Pam Grout suggests:

“Next time you get a piece of news that doesn’t delight you, push the pause button. Let it sit for three days. Or three hours. Know that when the three days (or three hours) you have earned a free unabridged permission slip to throw the worlds biggest pity party. At that point, you can cry, beat your chest, write a script for an Oscar-winning horror story.

In the meantime, come up with five endings that could potentially make your life better.”

So, push pause, then reframe.
